- Navigate or click on the link to scansolutions.com/reservations
- Fill out all of the required information on the form marked with a red asterisks
- Choose the requested service
- Support & Rental: This will include both on-call support and scanner rentals
- Support Only: This will only include on-call support, no scanner rentals
- Rental Only: This will only include scanner rentals, no on-call support
Choose the Requested Date. This should be a date you will want to be performing the physical inventory- Please note that the calendar will block out dates 3-weeks from the day you're requesting.
- The calendar will also block out any dates, weeks, that the rentals and support have been capped out in a first come first serve basis.
- Accept terms and then hit the blue "Save (step 1 of 2)". This submits the form to us
- Click the red "Open DealerTrack (step 2 of 2)". This will redirect to DealerTrack's supplies site
Please note that if you want support and rentals, you will need to add both to the cart!
- If you're getting support with rentals then click on the Physical Inventory Support button and click Add to Cart
- If you're only getting rentals then click on the Physical Inventory Rental button and enter the quantity you will be needing and click Add to Cart
- Proceed to checkout
If you do not already own a Supplies Account for Dealertrack then please follow these instructions:
- Go to www.supplies.dealertrack.com, in the top right click on the 'Account ' option
- Click on the 'Sign Up' Option under the NEW CUSTOMERS section
- Input the details requested. Be sure to include your 6 digit Dealertrack ID on the bottom and click the sign up button
